AOL cancellation attempt

This guy recorded his phonecall with a customer service rep. at AOL when he called to cancel his account and he got quite the run-around. NO ONE should be using AOL anyway, Its overpriced and it has sucked ever since they did away with version 3. Now its just a piece of bloated, resource hogging, uber restrictive software. Its what the government would like to do to the internet, and what will happen if we don't stand up for our right to say what we want in the form that we want online.
